Limited Fiscal Representation

As a company from outside the Netherlands, if you declare your goods for import in the Netherlands, you can make use of Limited Fiscal Representation. This means that no Import VAT is levied, offering you a liquidity advantage.

Furthermore, next to delivering the goods directly to your own company, you can also deliver them directly to your customer. Under additional terms this is also possible if this customer is located outside your own Member State, outside the EU or even in the Netherlands.
